“Nice place to rest in the South of France.”

A very cosy place to stay. Nice town with many places to roam around. Relatively close to wonderful spots such as St. Tropez, Nice, Cannes etc. We really ejoyed our holiday. The owner speaks (unlike the 95% of the French population:-))) perfect English and was very helpful with everything. The studio is much better then the pictures show and the car park is very nearby. Sooner or later we will come back to that place.

I prefer a bank transfer in euros for the payment.The price is 400 Euros, per week in July, august, from Saturday to Saturday, however i accept the flexibility.
You have to pay 30% deposit for your booking, if you book the studio more than 8 weeks before your arrival, within 8 weeks, prior to your arrival date you will have to pay the total payment of the rental. And then, at your arrival you will have to pay 400 euro or 300 pounds for the security deposit . If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time we may treat your booking as cancelled by you. We will hold the Security Deposit to be applied against the reasonable cleaning and or the replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings.We will return the Security Deposit to you within 14 days of the return of the keys to us, less any deductions, in accordance with the conditions listed above.
