Everything about our stay was truly memorable. Sylvia (plus Mum, daughter and dog), were lovely, they made us feel immediately at home. The cooking class was a culinary experience of the first order, not to be missed. The accommodation was first class, with all those little touches (Riccarda's red wine) adding to the occasion, the open fire at night made...

We really enjoyed our holiday, and Sylvia was a very helpful host, particularly when our car suffered two punctures and had to have all four wheels replaced. The details of this holiday should come with a warning that only 4x drives should attempt the terrain, and if you were to attempt the journey in a low-profile vehicle you will never...
