The marina, Explanada and the best restaurants are around the flat so location simply cannot be better. No street noise from cars. We had a great time and will be returning. The apartment is very comfortable and generously equiped. Small touches - like toys and books for children, lidos etc. - make a real diiference to the feeling of the place. Additional Rate and Availability Information
Please contact owner for any enquiries for long weekends, etc. The property can easily accomodate 6 persons, but you will need to contact the owner to confirm the rental rate.

To confirm any booking, you will need to contact the owner to complete the booking contract and arrange Bank Transfer of 25% of the rental fee. The remainder of the rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to receiving the keys. Note that a photocopy of your passport will be required when booking.

A refundable deposit of GBP 400 for possible damages/breakages and is payable 6 weeks prior to receiving keys. Whilst the price is inclusive of housekeeping at the end of the stay, the flat should be left in the same condition as upon arrival (i.e. kitchen, baths and furniture tidy and in original places).
