Bistro 515 is located inside Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Gateway , about 1 mile from the Colonial Williamsburg's Visitor Center.

The restaurant is open for Breakfast & Dinner.  Reasonably priced menu from $8 - $25 pp.  Executive Chef, Geoffrey Scheibel is a recent graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in New York.
