IHOP (International House of Pancakes) is a national chain serving pancakes, waffles, egg dishes of various kinds, and a typical coffee shop variety of lunch and dinner items.  As of April 2009 the Williamsburg restaurant offers a weekday breakfast special of 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon or 2 sausage, and grits or hasbrowns until 10 am, for $4.99 -- a saving of more than $2 off the regular menu price.
