Nicola is open in Dallas.  The Preston Center sister of a Plano favorite is now already thriving.  Even in its first week of operation, the dining experience was outstanding.

The bar and dining room were full and buzzing. The LaMarca Proscecco by the glass is a must.   As is the Siciliana Foccacia (a la Lombardy's of old with an updated crushed tomatoes, pine nuts and garlic treatment). 

The Salad Nicola was large enough to split and is perfect.  

With R. Gussoni at the helm, this restaurant is headed for greatness..
