Go For a Run on the Lansing River Trail

A blacktop urban trail -- walking, running and cycling.  Good family bike trail, and good running or walking, but not long enough for a road bike.  Bridges and asphalt rough in some places so watch your step.  Usually safe during the day, a number of lunch time runners. 

Access & Route
>>just north of downtown Lansing in the Old Town area along the Grand River.
>>the Lansing Center & Radison anywhere along the river parks north of Michigan Avenue
>>goes to Potter Park and the Zoo at Pennsylvania Ave following the Red Cedar River
>>then to Auerilius Ave
>>thru a natural area and then along Kalamazoo to MSU at Harrison and the Kellogg Center
