The Lynn Britt Cabin is a restaurant just above Snowmass Mall. It is reached by a 10-15 min ride by snowcat (to and from although you could bring skiis) from the base of Snowmass Village. I have been there 3 times over the past 15 years. Each visit has been enjoyable with a focus on steak and other western types of meat (buffalo, elk, etc). The dinners tend to be expensive, but are highlighted by entertaining post-dinner entertainment featuring a Colorado version of country and western. Have taken kids on several occasions and on each they were entertained. The food is solid western beef-based fare and wines tend to be on the expensive side. It is a great family or group evening. Wouldn't recommend it for a romantic dinner. Would rate it 4 of 5 stars.
