Seemed dodgy at first but turned out to be great. Multi-national employs seem to operate the business side of things, while Costa Rican Naturalist Guides take you out on the tours. They were extremely helpful with our trip to La Fortuna ( we had quite a few kinks) but everything worked out great thanks to them. We did their Volcano/hike/waterfall/hot spring tour and it was FANTASTIC. Very adventures and fun. They are the only company that takes you to the hot water river for your hot spring experience (very cool!). The tour we did is not recommended for people with physical ailments (muddy paths in the rain, climbing down rocks to the waterfall, etc)
