If your looking to find a place to escape the hustle and bustle Ao Nang, then look no further than Sunset Massage, tucked behind the reception desk of the Sunset Hotel. 

Stepping in to the 'spa' you are greeted by an oasis of calm and tranquility, decorated in pastel greens with subdued lighting and relaxing music.

The choice of massages on offer are much the same as the scores of other massage places in Ao Nang, but based on a comparison  with one other, and recommendations - the quality of service is excellent.

Their one hour Aromatherapy Massage, is a bargain at 350 Tbt.  For that, you will be ushured into one of about eight of their curtained massage beds by a professional looking masseur, dressed in a simple yellow and black uniforms.

They start you face down with a cooling feet cleaning - then for the next hour you are transported to some other place while the masseur gently works in scented oils to your whole body.  The finale is delighted head and neck cleansing with a scented towel followed by a lovely head massage. 

Afterwards, you are offered a fruit tea whilst your body floats back to earth.

Sunset Massage is located at the west end of the Ao Nang beach strip.  Going west along the beach road, pass the seafood restaurants on your left, turn the corner and walk up the slight incline  about 300m past La Luna Italian restaurant, on the right side of the road.  Look for the sign for the Sunset Hotel.  To find Sunset Massage, pass the reception desk of the left, then right beside the pool and up a narrow set of stairs at the end.
