Beautiful and historic military arsenal building in the heart of Kyiv. Now being developed as a major new art museum complex. The building was originally erected between 1783 and 1801, by Lieutenant-General Ivan (Johann) Meller for the needs of the Kyiv garrison. At present, only part of the building is actively being used for exhibitions.
