Jebal Shams
You start with a walk on Jebal shams with stunning views to get to the via ferrata, the walk will take max one and quater with stops for photos, this is a more traditional type which is vertical and your way out. The exposure feeling as you look down into Oman's grand canyon will give you good pictures and a good rush. The VF its self will take again one and half hours.
you will need to organise a car shuttle as it's and A to B walk.
Snake Canyon ( wadi Bani Awf)
This is a mix of flying fox and Via ferrata, 5 crossings of the canyon and traverses, using steel steps where necessary for climbing up and down round the edge of the canyon, you will be about 70 mts above the canyon below. there is a 15min walk down to the wire, its will take anything from 2 to 4 hours to complete.
