No real architectural marvels here... but the Royal Cliff Resort setting is spectacular and worth a visit.  Supposedly a new 91 story condo is being built, which would be the tallest residential building IN THE WORLD.  Outside of that, nothing of interest architecturally... unless you want to see BAD examples, and what should be avoided in City planning. 

You might want to take a Baht bus up to Big Buddha and the nearby Naval Monument, both have panoramic views of Pattaya.
