Market of Choice  is a family owned grocery store that offers both conventional food and natural/organic foods, offering only the freshest and the best quality.

The deli at  Market of Choice  is unquestionably one of the best anywhere! 

There is a large fresh salad bar with many selections where you can make any type of salad that you wish. It is charged by the pound and is very reasonably priced.  There are eight or nine kinds of dressing.

They also have fresh soups – at least two kinds. If you feel like pizza, there are several different kinds available by the slice. Olives? Yes, there is an olive bar with many varieties.

But the main attraction has to be the incredible selection of the "ready to eat" deli items. It is huge – it's in a "U" shape and the total case area must be at least 100 feet of freshly prepared foods! 

The selection changes, but everything is always fresh and tasty, with very few offerings that are "fried". Some popular selections include:  Rogue Valley aged cheddar macaroni & cheese, roast turkey, roast pork loin with apples (or teriyaki style), wild-caught salmon, and several kinds of quiche. 

Other choices may include coconut shrimp skewers,  apricot meatballs,  turkey cranberry & cream chees in puff pastry,  mandarin grilled green beans,  lasagna, and  fruited rice pilaf with almonds.  They also have a large variety of house made prepared salads, several kinds of vegetable dishes, desserts such as cranberry walnut bread pudding . . . and that's probably only half of what they offer!

Everything in the main deli is kept cold, to retain freshness, so you take the items home and pop them in the micro or warm in a conventional oven.

On the other side of the deli, there is a comprehensive selection of cheeses from around the world. They even have a cheese steward to assist you with your selections. And if you'd like a nice wine to go with your cheese and deli selections, they have a huge selection of wines and beers from all over the world, and a wine steward is usually available. If not, don't worry, their employees are well trained and knowledgeable about wine and beer. There is also a bakery offering desserts and fresh bread.
