Chupitos is a new Amsterdam bar inspired by the famous one in Barcelona. A shooters bar with about 200 different shooter cocktails on the menu. It's a great place to start or end the night with all kinds of strange shots - a lot of them involving fire/candy/silly hats. Pick something at random from the massive menu and see how lucky you are. It's close to the Leidseplein bar area but not so close that its full of too many tourists.
