For a great lunch with a view of the city, head to Piazza della Repubblica and enter the department store - Rinascente.  Go up the escalator to the top floor, head for the stairs that will take you to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the city and enjoy a salad, sandwich and espresso.
