It ranks with Cinque Terre and Milan with the number of bars, discos, and lounges a tourist could pursue on a given evening. This is a reputation that has, in fact, preceded Veneto for a long time. Piazza San Marco is an alternative to power hours and trip-hop. It provides low key fun after dark. There are cafes, bars, and live music plays in all areas of the plaza
