Fer a Cheval embodies everything you'd expect in a classic Parisian bistro: attentive service, lively ambience, extraordinarily good victuals, and a unique layout. In the States it would be called The Horseshoe, but somehow it seems a lot less mundane of a name en français. In a word, romantique!
