Over the past twelve years, Rue Saint Dominique has constantly improved with chic new stores and superb restaurants.  Also, Rue Cler, one of Rick Steves' favorite streets, intersects Rue Saint Dominique. It is a special treat to see the Eiffel Tower when walking down Rue Saint Dominique, especially at night when its lights are flashing on the hour.
