The new Kings Place cultural center near St Pancras/King's Cross Station has a couple of casual eating options and one elegant restaurant, the Rotunda. The attractive restaurant has glass walls overlooking a canal and a pleasant terrace. Serving "Modern British" cuisine, it is worth a visit when you're near Kings Place.
