Grizzly House specializes in fondue. Start your meal with cheese fondue. For the main course, you can cook your meat either in a traditional hot oil pot or on a hot rock. Your choices range from classic Alberta beef  to the hunter's special (buffalo, wild boar, and venison) to the exotic option (rattle snake, alligator, shark, frog legs...). And finish with chocolate fondue, of course!        

Tip: You can buy extra meat you like by the ounce to add to your meal.
