Located in the Hotel Las Brisas complex along the Carretera Escénica,  El Mexicano  -  for all intents and purposes  -  is a seasonal restaurant which only offers a combined Friday-night Mexican Fiesta show & dinner-buffet.  Typically (even in peak-season),  the Fiesta-Buffet is open to all  -  but only if a certain (minimum) seating-reservations quota has been met,  otherwise they cancel.  Cost is approximately MX650 per person.
