Hiking and walking are popular among nature-goers, and there are many trails with beautiful scenery. Nature tours, walking or by horseback, are also available for visitors.
Scuba, snorkeling and skin diving offer unique views of marine life, underwater plant life and even sunken shipwrecks. Diving gear and instructions are available at many shops, and tours with guides are offered as well.
Surfing, waterskiing, parasailing, windsurfing and yachting are also popular ocean sports. The weather is ideal year round, and many facilities are present to rent equipment as well as instruct.
