What an unfortunate booking. Looked so promising on the website but did not live up to expectations. Positioned in a courtyard setting, with tricky parking and too many rules as to arrival and departure times. The breakfast was decidedly average, the room small and no hot water for shower. Highly overpriced in our opinion.

Once again, we stayed at Orchard House to attend the Ludlow Food Festival. Noel and Judith make the most perfect hosts. The accommodation is spotless and extremely comfortable, the welcome is terrific, and the breakfast is subperb. We once again booked our stay for next year - we wouldn't want the disappointment id we left it too late.

We have stayed in many Bed & Breakfast places - this one rates as the tops.

A fantastic location, beautiful house and one the comfiest beds that l have ever slept in, Orchard House really is a hidden gem and perfect for couple looking for a romantic getaway. Judith & Noel are brilliant hosts and we were made to feel at home with lovely food and great hospitality. I couldn't recommend Orchard House highly enough and thank you for a brilliant weekend.

Judith & Noel are both very friendly and welcoming hosts. Orchard house is in a beautiful location 5 minutes drive from Ludlow. We were all made to feel very welcome. Judith gave lots of helpful advice about places to visit and where to eat in Ludlow. The breakfasts are lovely and sourced from local ingredients. Rooms are all very clean and comfortable. A truly delightful and relaxing weekend
