Fantastic hotel, spa with fabulous view, helpful staff - waitresses during breakfast, quick check in, clean rooms. I can only recommend Kempinski :)

Hi all. I wish she wrote the truth about Hotel Kempinski High Tatras. I read almost all the reviews here and I'm not sure they were all in the 6 * hotels or where?
I was in Kempinski High Tatras 10 days, so probably the best overall I rate everything.
Let me start first impression. This hotel is a gem, full of history and elegance. It is absolutely amazing. On arrival at the door was Mrs. within 2 min at us. Immediate care in terms of cars, luggage, and not least at the reception. Take care of us very nice man (Wolf:)). Everything lasted not even 10 minutes, max. professionalism, including champagne welcome. Followed our show your room. We had beautiful rooms overlooking the lake and winter terrace. Beautifully waking up every morning overlooking the Tatra peaks:)
We booked half board, the insight that we wanted to leave as much as possible use:) Every night we had in store specially selected menu-appetizer, soup, main course plus dessert. I do not understand how someone can write that bad kitchen. totally disagree. It was the quality of Kempinski and all corresponded to that care about us. simply outstanding. Even once we have nothing to happen again and everything was super fresh and extremely tasty. Operation of the blinds 6 * from me. The main compliment I would give my beloved black haired waiter who always knows what is best:)
Rooms: Each day, tidy, change towels, bed linen, it was really great care of us.
Spa: One of the most beautiful in the world. The view of the Tatra peaks at sunset, relax in the relaxation room fine tune, extremely comfortable seats, constantly supplied towels, lemon juice, ice, apples ... really cool.
We tried the procedure. I had an extreme cure for skin hydration and send great praise the Lord with copom in your hair, it was an unforgettable experience. Collagen treatment is excellent, and lava rock:)) exquisite room service and care for you:))

This hotel is not what reproach, personal experience is over all reviews and good conscience I can only recommend this hotel to anyone. I am the Kempinski come back with great love:)

This is the best hotel in the Tartras (Poland or Slovak side). The setting is absolutely beautiful. It is a great spot to head out for some long day hikes in the High Tartras. The hotel is a renovation/recreation of one of several hotels that were popular at the turn of the last century. The rooms are a nice size. I agree with the reviewers though that something is lacking at this hotel. The service is very uneven to begin with. Several staff members seam unfriendly or disinteresed. The hotel was almost completely empty and yet there was no complimentary upgrade to a lake view. They wanted to nickle and dime us for another 30 Euros. The food was overpriced and of a poor quality at dinner. However, the breakfast buffet was nice and the host, she was one of the nicest employees of our stay. The swimming pool has one of the most beautiful views of any in the world. Beautiful setting but not up to the standard of other Kempinski hotels.

Boli sme s rodinou druhy krat v tomto hoteli a musim povedat ze sa vyrazne zlepsil co sa tyka servisu. Kuchyna zial zostala velmi zla alebo este horsia ako minulz rok.
Pokazena prazenica na ranajky, ako cuvert vam prinesu umele maslo z mraznicky a ked sa spytate preco je to zmrznute tak vam povedia ze necakali tolko ludi takze neboli pripraveny.
Pomer cena a vykon v tomto pripade radsej ani nemerajte.
Izby su velmi pekne ciste, s peknym vyhladom. Spa je sice mensie ale zato utulne. A vyhlad z bazena na Solisko je uchvatny. Takze odporucam s tym ze otestujte kuchynu a ked vam nebude chutit tak sa mozete chodit najest do hotela Borovica 5min. od Kempinskeho, kde varia excelente za polovicu.
