Spent a night at this hotel. Its a large hotel with good modern rooms. People at reception spoke reasonable english. The rooms have everything 4 star should offer including toiletries, nice flat screen television, comfortable bed etc. I do not have anything to complain except that @ USD 150 a night, it was not worth the money spent. Nevertheless, in the location where it is situated, its among the better ones. They have also a nice bakery and some restaurants but could not try those.

I wanted to rate this hotel 3.5 stars but I guess I can't. It is a quite good hotel for that area, actually the best for American tastes. The service is good and they do take good care of you but in some ways, it is just average. It has no loyalty program though it is linked to Wyndham Rewards; only reservations can be made through the site. It has a nice restaurant but the menu is limited as with the bar. It says it has an executive lounge and some floors are marked as such but none can be found. It reminds one of a grand hotel where they stopped building/organizing at the last minute and decided not to complete the job. The rooms are ok to nice and the internet is fast but the climate control is bizarre; it sometimes appears that they just gave you buttons to play with to keep you amuzed. The breakfast is good and the cook is attentive and friendly but the dinner buffet is overpriced to some degree. Considering the locale, I am happy with this hotel.

nice and large hotel. restaurant quite good but I do remember a nice bar on the top floor with good views

service is very sporadic... for the amount of money you pay in this place it is amazing you constantly have to ask for basic things such as an iron and ironing board. They will leave you coffee cups, but no coffee or a kettle to heat you water. mildew is growing inside the shower stalls. internet service is sporadic.... very uncomfortable desk and chair... the room is not ergonomically designed. Next time i will definitely stay elsewhere.
