nice and large hotel. restaurant quite good but I do remember a nice bar on the top floor with good views

service is very sporadic... for the amount of money you pay in this place it is amazing you constantly have to ask for basic things such as an iron and ironing board. They will leave you coffee cups, but no coffee or a kettle to heat you water. mildew is growing inside the shower stalls. internet service is sporadic.... very uncomfortable desk and chair... the room is not ergonomically designed. Next time i will definitely stay elsewhere.

Despite the grandiose entrance hall, this was an American chain hotel with no susprises. (That's good!) Everything went well. The only disadvantage was that the hotel is located at the edge of town; however, the staff got taxis for us quite fast -- and they were efficient. This was a trouble-free experience.

This hotel meets or exceeds all the normal standards for a good business hotel. The only downside is its location. If you are coming from the Cheongju Airport, it is ok. But if you need to take an airport limousine to Seoul or do business downtown, it is not convenient. There are few nice restaurants near it as well. The hotel certainly is nice. I would recommend it to anyone unless they could find a better place in the middle of town.
