Friendly traditional Austrian hospitality. Room was spacious but dark with old fashioned furniture. Bathroom was small with a fantastic shower. Food in the restaurant was traditional and very tasty with lots of choice and friendly service. Breakfast was limited to cereal and cold buffet but adequate.Location was very good for accessing the Brenner Motorway but in a quiet location with beautiful country roads to explore. Parking right outside the hotel and outside tables to enjoy a cool evening drink.

“Excellent room and good ambience”
We were a family with 2 kids and the room we were given was very large and bath/ toilet in separate rooms. Being there during the time of heat wave meant warm room in the absence of fans. However the room was well ventilated and overall experience was good. There is also a basement concerted play area for small children which our sons enjoyed and it was quite cool down there to take a break from the heat! The mountains around gave some great views. The breakfast was not a huge Spread but overall acceptable. The hostess was very hospitable and warm.
We had put this as our base for visiting Innsbruck and with GPS we didn't find any difficulty in traveling around.

“Family run, with great food and fantastic customer service”
I stayed in the hotel as a teacher as part of a school ski trip. The hotel really is outstanding. Clean, light and airy rooms with a lovely dining area and bar. The hotel's saunas are all new and are a luxurious feature. The hotel is excellent for visiting the ski areas or for the summer sports.
