Hotel met all expectations. We are frequent Ibis chain users and the decoration, cleanliness and quality of service was as good as we expected. Location is next to one of national roads, but quiet, bringing close to routes to many sites int he area. if this is what you are looking for, it is very convenient.

We stayed for one night on our way back from Spain, we have stayed in lots of Ibis hotels and would say this one is by far the best The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble , We decided to eat at the hotel as they was nothing else near and we are really glad we did it was really good in fact we had 3 courses

typical IBIS hotel in a great location for a nightstop from the A6 autoroute - just a few country miles from the junction and well signposted. Very friendly staff and all rooms recently refurbished but channels on the TV still the dreary selection Accor have featured for a decade or more. Very quiet location but only 10 mins from downtown Avallon and 5 mins from a good steak at the Courtpaille steakbar. Take your own pillow as this hotel has pillows that resemble a bag of unshelled peanuts! Still great value for money

We have used this hotel as a stop over on the way to the south of france twice now. So cheap for what you get. A quiet clean easy to find welcoming hotel. Staff are very friendly, food is excellent value for money. If you want a mid France stopover stay here.
