We booked our stay in May 2008 for the 3d week of August 2008-pretty soon for Greeks as we are-. The owner said that the best price he could offer was 90 euros per night for a total stay of 7 nights. The Hotel is in a place which is surrounded by other similar hotels with no view to the sea and the buildings are really close to each other. The rooms are really small, the beds are like from the 80s as the rest of the furniture. The toilet is the smallest possible (i am referring to room #1 which is portrayed in the site). Even if it is clean, you cannot stay in this room, and the balcony is too small, facing another building not more than 10 meters opposite. This room would be fairly priced around 30 euros per night so the owner Dimitris really reaped us off. When we said that we want to leave tis room he said that we have to pay a penalty which we paid, and then he started complaining that he is finding it difficult to sell it for more than 60 euros, beacause most people that go and visit the place just don't like it, especially Greeks.(!). Finally we found a villa with sea view, and 300 mt distance from Agios Prokopios beach, with a big terrace and two rooms in separate floors that we rent with another couple for a total price of ONLY 150 euros per night (75 per couple comparing to 90 that was charged at Dimitra Hotel).
