I spent some nights in Bulevard Hotel when in Slatina for business reasons and I had ever any problem. The structure is pretty new, rooms are conveniently furbished, clean and with good (and free) internet connection. Location is central and shops and restaurants can be reached by feet.
The major problem is that the restaurant is sometime dedicated to private parties and the rooms in the right side of the building could be noisy as a consequence.
