This hotel had great big beds, nice bathrooms and nice decor. It is in a quiet location across the street from a mall. I didn't know what the mall was until I went inside. Was very happy with out stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel or other UNA hotels after this experience.

this was my 2nd stay at una hotel malpensa. i stayed there back in 2009, too. hotel has a good location, right in the middle on the way to malpensa from milano, also on the highway to varese. good point to stay for business trips in north of milano. has good air conditioning. the rooms were cool when the outside was about 35 C. there is a shopping mall and a mcdonalds nearby.

Great hotel for a great price! Hotel decor was really nice, very modern! Room was very nice too! Breakfast was really good and it was included in the rate! It is far from the city (Milan) so if you plan to go to Milan give yourself about 1 hour if you take the subway! Taxi will cost Euros 60. We had a little bit of a challenge to take the subway to the city, not as easy as people say!! And we didn't know we had to stamp our tickets at the station so we had to pay a fee of Euros 40!!! Of course they will tell you that once you are inside the train and you have no chance but to pay the fee! But overall our stay at the hotel was really good!

Second stay in an Una hotel due to good deal on the net.
Worried that we might be disappointed after our stay in the Modena hotel, but didn’t need to worry. Great room, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom facilities with powerful shower and decent toiletries.
Check in friendly, but again taking passport details is time consuming.
Tentatively tried the restaurant and although we noticed there was dust on the floor which could have been swept up, cannot fault the meal, wine or service. Chose two courses which was enough and asked the waiter/sommelier/ maitre d for advice. He was knowledgeable and helpful in both the food and wine choices. He was also happy to provide one dessert and two spoons with a flourish of good humour bringing a tiny spoon for my husband and a serving spoon for me. It was good to see humour travel well. As in the Modena hotel, enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed on for a nightcap in the bar before bed.
I cannot recommend this chain highly enough – overall swish modern surroundings with a quirky edge, friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean well furnished rooms and en suite. We will definitely stay in an Una Hotel again.
