We stayed at this hotel during a tour of Halong Bay/Catba island. When my son was bit by a monkey the manager Mr Ding arranged transportation to a local doctor and then arranged travel back to Hanoi and traveled with us to the point of getting us in a taxi to get from Haiphong to Hanoi. I really appreciated his support.
E rest of the hotel eas fine, nothing exciting, but clean eith decent breakfast options.
