First of all I was impressed by Khun Gab, the guy who made a reservation for me. He's very kind and polite. He gave me many important information about your hotel, facilities, hotel's restaurant, direction and etc. At the first saw your hotel on official website I think it's very beautiful, I could get some fresh air, and enjoy having dinner at your restaurant.
I worked hard for all night and had not sleep since last night so I decided to stay at your hotel as I really needed some rest.
When I was relaxing in the room, I would liked to call room service to order a drink, and I found out that there was an insect on telephone in my room. Then I called to inform reception about what I found in the room. They sent a house keeping to take an insect out of my room. Anyway the house keeping said apologies to me and explain to me that your hotel did PEST CONTROL on Tuesday. I do understand but it's unacceptable reason. You have to make sure that Your room is inspected and cleaned. Then I had chanced to talk to FOM, and he offered me to move to other room.
I move to other room and I found it again above my bed!!!!!! Even your FOM promised me that he would send some staffs to deep clean this room before I moved!!! I called to informed reception again!!! Your reception and house keeping staffs changed bed sheets for me. It took around 15 mins. to make sure that there was not insect in my room any more. I could take a nap at 3.20pm since I checked in at 12.07pm!!! How come?!!
I don't need any compensate, I just need to sleep without an insect in my room!!!!
