This place looks unassuming from the outside but turned out to be quite good. It is a bit spartan I would say - very German and "functional" no-frills interior - but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep.
There is free wi-fi, which worked well for me but not for my colleague who was at the other side of the building and could not pick up the signal.
If you get hungry keep in mind that there is no room service and no shops near by.
There is a greek restaurant a few minutes walk away though, and the reception staff are happy to help you order a take-away meal.
The people in reception were friendly and spoke good English. In the evening the lobby area was quite cosy, they dimmed the lights and they left out big bowls of chocolates. If you were thirsty there is a fridge where you can help yourselves to drinks including beer. The fridge is open to anyone and they seem to trust that you will take what you need and mark it down on a piece of paper next to the fridge.
My room was pretty basic but still had plenty of space. There was somewhere to work, a double bed and the bathroom was good.
Breakfast was, for what this establishment charges, good but did not have any hot food. Still, they had very nice fresh bread, jam, eggs, ham etc as well as cereals and yoghurt.
The location is such that you probably have a very specific reason to stay here since it is not near any attractions or big cities. It was however very near to my customer and therefore proved very convenient.
