fantastic location modern and clean but needs more staff allready planning to return

Spent a weekend here with colleagues, and we had a great time.
The view from the windows in the morning is just stunning.

Cannot fault the hotel in any way (except the fact that it's a bit bland).

Hotel is located right on the slopes of Levi Ski Resort (www.levi.fi). To that end there are magnificent views from the rooms facing the hillside. Hotel is very new, opened in 2009. Everything in the room was in a good shape and there was a balcony ("french balcony") and coffee/tea making facilities.

Spent only one night and didin't get to use the spa/sauna facilities, but they were located at the top floor (7th) and they were included in the room rate. Breakfast was great, everything you expected to be present was there. Parking fas free, at least during off-season (August).

Price was very cheap (only 65eur/night) because off-season. Officially hotel is a four star hotel so I imagine the rates during on-season aren't as accommodating as in August. Would and will stay here again.

from the reception to our room and the restaurant, this hotel was immaculate, we stayed for 7 nights, and cannot fault it in any way, the service of the staff was excellent, breakfast was very comprehensive and set you up for the day, even when the gondola ski lift was not working, due to unusually cold weather. The hotel supplied a shuttle bus down to the village instead, the room had an enclosed smoking balcony if needed, as well as a drying cupboard/clothes dryer, beautiful views and stunning setting!
