Stayed at the Island beach resort. nicest hotel on the whole strip and right in the middle of the action. If you want abit of class with your holiday but also be part of the kavos madness then id reccomend this hotel to anyone as its about 20m from the beach and about 20m the other way to the strip. The events at the island beach club are wicked too..clavin harris smashed it when we were there..and we got it free for staying at island beach. See you summer 2012!!!

We stayed at Island Beach Resort in July 2011 and it was absolutely magnificent. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean, with great view of the sea and spacious. Probably the only place with higher standards in the area. The resort in general lies in a big space by the sea and it's position by the sea is ideal. It's the best part of the beach in the area of Kavos. We tried traditional food at the hotel's restaurant and I must confess it was delicious.
The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed their hospitality ...
I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates all the things mentioned above. You wont regret it. On the contrary you will see another side of Kavos...

Are you planning on spending your summer holiday in Kavos, Corfu? Well, the Island Beach Resort is definitely the accommodation that I highly recommend to you !!! The hotel it's self is like a brand new version of what Kavos has to offer. What I mean by that that this place is not only uniquely structured, modernly furnished hotel located by the beach but also it offers the best parties within the whole Kavos.

I came to Island Beach Resort for two summers with a group of friends and truly, both of the times we were more then satisfied ;)

The hotel was really nice and modern and has a large balcony. The hotel sits right on the beach and its in the middle of the strip so it's in an ideal spot (good thing is is that you can't really hear the music at night when sleeping). The staff were incredibly friendly and they even threw us a bbq on the last night (for a group of 22 of us). This place is mainly for teens and those in their 20s, not really a family place. Had no problems with this place whatsoever and would happily return next year!!! oh and every Thursday this place holds events and the week we went Artful Dodger was there and you get in for free! :D
