We just came back and we had a lovely time (I am 40 yrs old and my girlfriend is 26). Service was supreb, stuff always ready to serve you and they were very polite with excellent english. Pool is amazing and so is the bar. The beach is 20 meters from the pool and is by far the nicest piece of beach around.

The only downside was the breakfast - buffet is short of real variety and must improve.

We stayed here for 8 nights and found the rooms to be spacious, large balcony with expansive sea views from third floor. Food in restaurant was uniformly yummy with great choice. Staff there were most attentive even during busy Chinese New year period. It was lovely being right on the beach with long walk possible.

oh my god,where do i start on this amazing hotel? me & my husband have been to some great hotels but this tops the lot hands down! the service was second to none,the staff very cheerful & seemed genuinely happy in their jobs.we had a room with a hot tub on the balcony & lying in bed we had a lovely sea view.Having eaten at the top expensive restaurants in Hong Kong i can honestly say,hand on heart,that the food here was the best i have ever tasted.even down to the presentation,everything was just fantastic,even the snacks around the pool were out of this world.we had the barbecue on beach (a must!!) which was just amazing,choosing your own fish & eating as much as you like!.this was the only hotel on all the beachfront that we noticed cleaned their own bit of sand & beach which kept the front looking immaculate! you can get hassled a little bit on the beach by the sellers but if you look away they wont normally bother you & there's a rope along the sand that they cant pass over to get to to you.having said that,they do sell some lovely stuff & you can knock them down to silly prices!! if you walk down the road to all the shops & bars be careful of the walkways,its best to get a tuk tuk (taxi) as the pavements are in a bit of mess & a bit tricky to see where you are going.overall this hotel treated us like stars from the minute we arrived to the minute we left,we shall definately be returning here again!! the staff all need a big pat on the back,well done sareeraya!!

Was lucky enough to stay at this stunning property in October 2011. It's totally beautiful from the minute your walk in. The rooms are huge and beautifully furnished. If you can push the boat out and get either a pool villa or pool access room it's well worth it. Restaurant has a huge variety for breakfast. Guests seemed to go out for dinner which is a shame as it leaves a restaurant of great standard quiet in the evenings. Found staff to be courteous and polite, as you would expect from Thai people. Have read a few reviews about bugs. This is nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is very clean but your are in the tropics people and bugs are everywhere! Would recommend this property for all ages. Although children are not catered for, they are certainly welcome. One advantage this property has oven many of it's rivals is the lack for steps and stairs. Lift access is available to other floors - and this is quite rare in Koh Samui. For a luxury boutique hotel in Koh Samui you can't go past this one. It's really got the WOW factor. The only downside was the a/c is very noisy in the room and you need to turn it off at night.
