This B & B is a hidden gem in the heart of Brittany. Not only is the accomodation excellent but guests have the opportunity to experience gourmet cooking classes from the renown Parisian chef Christian Calle! The village and surrounding areas of Brittany are breathtaking. While we were only able to stay one night we would love to be able to return and come away with more great memories of the country, the hosts and skills to make any tummy a happy one! We highly recommend this B & B for its comfy bedroom facilities, great food and very welcoming hosts - Christian's crepe suzette is to die for!!

My wife decided to take a cooking class in Brittany while I sailed with a friend. She could not have chosen a more welcoming host and hostess.I joined her after a few days and was able to enjoy some of the culinary delights that Christian (the cordon bleu chef) and my wife prepared. The accommodation was very comfortable and the location was very good for exploring the Brittany countryside. Christian and his wife, Christiana were very helpful in directing us to points of interest. We were treated as a part of the family during our stay and we feel like we have made some new close friends. We will definitely return to La Prevenchere.

We stayed at La Prevenchere as an overnight stop on the way to a campsite in Brittany. What a wonderful start to the holiday it was !

Christian and Christiana Caille could not have been more welcoming or generous hosts. Knowing that the children (aged 9 and 11) were interested in food and cooking, Christian and Christiana arranged some food-related visits to their neighbours.

By prior arrangement, Christian (an experienced professional chef) gave the whole family some cooking lessons and we ate the (delicious) results for lunch and dinner, with our hosts.

Amazing value for money - very special people.

We spent 3 lovely days and nights at this B&B, the owners made us feel at home. The Room we stayed in was also lovely, wait till you have breakfast, fresh breads and jams, and if you are lucky a conversation with the owners, they will advise you were to eat and what to do in the area, there is a lake near by, nice place to strole in the evenings, the main town of Loudeac is only a few miles away, with lovely places to eat, the people are very friendly,

THIS IS NOT ONE TO MISS, great value for money.

Next time we are is Brittany I hope they have room at La Prevenchere,
