We took a cooking class from Chef Christian, carefully designed by his delightful wife, Christianna and assisted by Natalie. Every detail was considered and skillfully taught. The final presentation (Omelet Napoleon, Crepes Suzette, and a Country Savory Gallette) was even better, because we all sat down and ate the final results! Christian tells the story of the origins of these dishes at the presentation, and his fabulous "uncorking" of the champagne with his sabre is a highlight, preceeding the appetizers he had prepared. Try his wonderful quail eggs on croutons! La Prevenchere is a delightful home, opened to guests with French charm and a warm welcome. Your hosts speak excellent English.
