DO NOT choose this hotel! Comapred to its prices the service is bad. The kitschen is the worst. The food is tastless, and the same type of food was served every day. The fish and the prork (and everything) had the same taste. The waiters are not well trained. At the information desk the people are very unfriendly. And when I complained to the manager, he took it as an offence... NEVER AGAIN!!

My husband and I stayed here first week in Jan 2012 with our 2 children ages 8 and10. We booked it last minute so it wasn`t our 1st choice. We read reviews before we went so we didn`t have high expectations, however it wasn`t too bad. Rooms were a good size with a separate living/sleeping area, cleaned regularly and towels/bedding changed regularly. We had a sea vew and we saw some beautiful sunsets in the evening.Food basic but fresh, you would struggle if you are fussy! We didn`t see any snacks so can`t say if there were any but we just went to the shops and bought things for the kids. We also ate out a couple of nights just for some variation. Pool area was kept clean and as they didn`t put out the sunbeds early it was quite refreshing not to see all the sunbeds covered with towels before 7am! Barman/lifeguard was very strict on pool rules, we felt the kids couldn`t have fun. The pool was freezing so they were reluctant to go in all the time. The night time entertainment was alright. We weren`t looking for late nights so it suited us that things shut down when the did. All in all I wouldn`t recommend this hotel but if you have already booked it go with an open mind and you might get a surprise.

My wife and I spent 7 days at this hotel. We requested a quiet room as we live in a very quiet village. They put us in room 238 right next door to the busy road and at the bottom of a noisy stairwell. We asked many times to be moved this was refused. we got woken up at 6.30am not quite what we wanted. I have read many comments regarding the food at this hotel I will agree its not child friendly, but we like salads and fish and found this to be very good. If you are a pizza chips and hamburger person this is not the hotel for you. I was surprised an Island producing so much lovely fruit, the best they could offer was cheap and nasty tinned stuff.The hotel was kept very clean and we found the staff always friendly. This part of this island is very hilly these hills are very steep, but they have a good regular bus service quite close to the hotel that runs along the coastal resorts

spent christmas and new year all inclusive at this hotel ,big mistake,read reviews before we booked,thought must be something edible out of three meals a day,no there isnt,ate out every day ,i could bore you to death with pages of complaints about this hotel ,but im not ,if you book this hotel take extra £600 for eating out ,you will not use swimming pool ,north sea is warmer,i will finish my review by saying this is the worst hotel we have had in 40 years .i will end my review by saying i would not like anybody else to go through the same trauma as us ,you have been warned!
