A large complex with rooms set on three levels down the sloping coastline. Most rooms have a lovely sea view towards La Gomera island. Travelled as a group of 8. Two grandparents, my partner and I, three children 10-15 years old and an infant of 6 months. The hotel was very accomodating to all ages, even providing adjacent rooms and a travel cot with bedding. The mini fridge is stocked with bottled water and a few cans of coke and beer every day. The accomodation comprised of three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and two large flat screen tv's. The complex has three pools, two of which were heated and one of which is 'the quiet pool' where there is no jumping, diving or inflatables. the other pools have music playing and enertainment such as aquarobics and an inflatable assault course. Never had a problem getting our choice of sunbed, which incidentally are all well maintained and have soft padding! Away from the pools are a kids soft play area, high ropes and avtivities such as shooting, archery, darts, pool etc.
Now onto the food. Some people on here have complained, but i can tell you that there is something for everyone. No its not all typical british food... thats because you're in spain! The variety is huge, both fresh, buffet, cold, salads and puddings.... And NO problems with 'holiday tummy', a first for me on ANY holiday abroad!
Now a little about the integrity of the staff. Firstly, each room is fitted with a safe for you to set your own code and they are free to use. On arrival at the hotel, I accidentally left 500 euros on the reception desk in an unmarked envelope, I had no idea. As we opened our room door, the phone was already ringing to see if we had lost anything and the money was delivered to us immediately.
Would definately re-visit and recommend to others, there's a whole lot more to this hotel than i can fit on here!
