“October half term Julie and party worcester/birmingham”

I would agree with many of the reviews we were there half term week with friends, yes the rooms were clean, staff were pleasant, food was very disappointing always cold, no typical Spanish food except one night Paella (which was cold) if you want to experience of a holiday mixing with different nationalityies don`t go here must were British and we got the impression chip, pizza, garlic bread, grilled chicken and fish were all we needed. Breakfast was the worst meal. Do not take out the packed lunches if you are going out for the day they were disgusting bread that ws hard, processed tastless cheese we fed them to the seagulls one day not even they would eat them my advise thake food of the buffet. How can you go all inclusive and be told the red wine had run out !
We complained we had a leaking toilet, air conditioning didnot work, cold food and no red wine to this day still no reply
and this complaint was made while we were still there. My advise to you is do not go. We are not fussy people but this was bad.

Room Tip: higher floors and must have sea view

“Some what desapointing for a 4 star”

The Hotel was clean, and had a nice pool area, but apart from that, it didn't had the charm that you would expect for a 4 star hotel.

The rooms were average, with no luxury at all, just enough to spend a night. The service wasn't that good, (the recption staff was at times unpolite, and didn't pay attention to the guests as they should), the food was bad, although it had some variety, the taste was not so good. A four star hotel definitevely deserves a better chef.

The quality of the drinks also is the lowest possible, in the all included package.

“Accomodation good, but came home half a stone lighter”

We went with friends during the half term week. It was our first trip abroad with our 6 month old daughter.

Arrived at the hotel, room was big enough (just) - I had also emailed the hotel direct to see if we could upgrade to an apartment as I needed to prepare food for our daughter - no response.

No kettle though, essential for bottle heating, one arrived several hours later - the originial one requested blew all the fuses in the room, only upon stressing that i REALLY needed to feed my daughter did a replacement arrive.

Food in the restaurant would have been great if it had been cooked through and hot. So we survived on salad mostly. Also as we couldn't take carafes of wine back to the rooms (so my daughter could go to bed) we we ended up buying wine from the supermarket across the way.

Was disappointed that the Japanese restaurant was closed as we would have eaten there instead.

Cleanliness wise we couldn't fault it. But All Inclusive is not the way forward.

We went during the half term week and nearly everything had shut except for the odd shop. We tried to book the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel and we were told that this shut for the winter even it had been advertised to be open as long as the hotel was. All the food in the restaurent was cold because they were not turning on the hot plates so everything went cold. The food was nearly the same every night. At a few meal times the food was not cooked, at breakfast the sausages were still slightly raw in the middle and the chicken was still solid pink in the middle. The staff were looking forward to closing for the winter and therefore service lacked slightly. There weren't many members of staff at the bar so it was hard to get a drink at times. However the entertainers were very good and children seemed to really like them. Maid service was good, they were polite and always cleaned the room to a good standard. I would reccomend this holiday at a different time of the year, maybe in the height of the season as hopefully everything would be at better standards. I would also consider going self catering as there is not always a lot of choice of food. The accomadation was good and the airport transfer was quick as well.

Room Tip: If you have a small baby then maybe consider a suite because trying to get the things needed is hard...
