Just returned from a wonderful stay at Los Jardines de Palerm in San Jose together with my daughter (14). After reading some earlier reviews on this site not sure if we should go! From several friends who stayed in this hotel we heard this place is a MUST GO in Ibiza so we did book and spent a small week and had a very good experience.Totally happy both of us. Christophe en Christine(owners) are really very friendly, helpfull and caring with lots of good suggestions if you like and all the time ready to serve you. The hotel is clean, rooms with very nice ambiance, warm, very well taken care of. Also the rest of the staff is professional and very good taking care of you. My daugther enjoyed the swimming pools a lot! The location is top, near the best beaches, close to Ibiza city and good restaurants, bars, clubs. Even a wonderful view from the hotel and walking distance to the village. My daughter and i will absolutely go back here! thank you Christine and Christophe.

we stayed in this hotel in the first week of september 2009 and really enjoyed it. Nice, clean rooms and at a perfect location: within 20 minutes by car of all beautiful beaches and Eivissa.

We've just returned home from our second fantastic stay at this hotel.Our first visit last year was great -hence the return-but this time was even better.Cristina and Cristoph,the owners,are so hospitable and friendly-adding a really personal touch to our holiday-always ready with suggestions for great beaches,restaurants etc.Admittedly we were staying in one of the best rooms-the bungalow suite looking out over the pool-but the whole vibe of this quiet,relaxed hotel is evident everywhere.We didn't make breakfast once this year but the staff were always happy to make us something delicious when we did eventually surface.The hotel is really a cross between a villa and a hotel-people wanting to be waited on hand and foot shouldn't really come here-it's not that sort of place,nor is it trying to be.You're pretty much left to your own devices which was perfect for us.It has an honesty bar you can help yourself to and the sweet town of San Jose-with some lovely restaurants-is a 2min walk.The location-in the middle of the island- is brilliant -everywhere is easy to get to.The hotel is beautiful to look at too-sleek and modern, with beautiful views and set in gorgeous surroundings.I would probably recommend it more to young couples who would appreciate the design aesthetic and are using it as a base rather than spending all day everyday at the hotel,altho a day lounging by the pool is a very attractive option.We are already planning our trip next year and will definitely be returning to Los Jardines de Palerm.

This is one of my favourite hotels, not just in Ibiza but anywhere in the world, which has a lot to with the fact that the owners Christophe and Cristina are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated - modern but with a traditional feel. They have retained a kind of rustic charm, despite renovating the rooms and pool area in a contemporary way. This is a very peaceful hotel with such a nice atmosphere, very relaxed and quiet. Perfect for couples to get away from it all. I don't think it would be particularly suitable for children as there isn't much for them to do.
Although their is no restaurant as such, a good breakfast (cereals and bread/croissants) is included and the chef is happy to make salads/sandwiches around the pool at lunchtime at your request. There is an 'honesty bar' where you are invited to take drinks and sign for them at your own discretion. Overall this is an amazing hotel which I will certainly be going back to again. My second visit was just as good as the first 4 years ago.
