We stayed here for a night just before the half term week, and it was quite charming in a traditional Spanish way. Very quiet and a good location for the beach, although not directly on it. The rooms are quite basic, but the aircon worked and the balcony was a great place to sit. Kids loved the pools and the playcentre in the central courtyard and we were very happy just sitting in the sun watching them and having drinks from the bar. I agree with the previous reviewer about the food. Both buffets were disappointing and expensive for what they were. No need to use the hotel's underground parking at 6 euros a night, plenty of parking on the road. Its not a very touristy area so I'm not sure what other hotels are in the area, but its a good, and reasonably priced place to stay in the area.

The hotel is in a quiet location and when my husband and I were there it was end Sept/Beg October so cannot say what it would be like in peak season. The rooms were well equipped, however the beds were very hard. The air-conditioning worked well and the cleaning was of a good standard.

The beach is five minutes walk from the hotel.

One evening we decided to have the hotels buffett dinner and it was very dissapointing. A poor selection of tepid food and a platter of paella consisting of just rice (all the seafood had been picked out). Buffet breakfast was again dissapointing.

The staff were very helpful and courteous and we would stay at the hotel again but steer clear of the food.

Down by the marina there is an excellent restaurant 'El Solomio' which is highly recommended. A high standard at a reasonable price.
