Stayed here for one night on business. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was on the front of the hotel which overlooks the road so having the window open overnight was noisy. Room was quite warm, hence the need to have the window open. Quite a costly night at over £90 for one night for one room with breakfast so this puts it in the realms of some close by 4 star hotels. Not quite the price you would expect form a budget chain.

Really good, cheap hotel. A tiny bit of road noise is the only 'problem' we had. Good service in the hotel, comfy rooms and a very good selection of decent food at breakfast. Can't complain about anything!

I used this hotel while on my business trip.Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, even in late night hours when I arrived.Rooms are very specious and clean all around.Very cosy restaurant decoration, feels very relaxing, good choice of food in menu.
Bonus of my stay was also 30 minutes free wi-fi internet, so I could sit back with my drink and checking my emails.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to any business person who like to avoid crowded central London as there is good transport connection to central London for Borehamwood station.

This has been the worse experience me and my boyfriend have ever had in a hotel. The rooms were nice and neat but the noise emanating from neighbouring rooms were too much, and very disturbing. Also the cleaners kept knocking on our door about 4 times one morning even though the do not disturb sign was clearly displayed on the door. The food i recieved was cold by the time it reached me, and the receptionist payed no attention to the customers, and could hardly even speak English. I am very, very unhappy.
