Hostal Juan is located on the main drag in Aguadulce, just south of Almeria. It is a small famiily-run hostal but the rooms are clean. The staff are not adept at English but they go out of their way to be as helpful as they can. There is a small restaurant on site. This is a good location from which to take a bus into Almeria to see the local sights (especially La Alcazabah) and is great value for money.
