Arrived on midsummers holiday so the reception was closed, but we watched the video n self Check in on their website www.2homehotel.se and it was as simple as instructed.

Overall good value, with clean amenities.
Breakfast was basic, and sufficient with selection of bread, Swedish crisp bread, cold cuts, boiled eggs, sandwich toppings like cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, pickles. Also cereal and yoghurt and juices. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate....etc.

Restaurants- Greek, pizza, Chinese take out, ...

We got the SL Access card at the subway station which allowed for unlimited bus, subway
travel. You can ask for 24, 72, hrs or 7 days.

The blue subway line to t-centralen is under going construction, so can only transfer to fridhemsplam station station to the green line to get downtown

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The single room I stayed in was spacious enough for myself and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The Metro was olnly a maximum of 5 to ten minutes away depending on how fast you walked then about 15 mins into the centre of Stockholm on the train. I must also comment on the staff. I had a problem with my booking due to my own fault, and Beatrice on the front desk took the time with a wonderfully bright and cheerful way and sorted it out for me. She is a credit to her Hotel and I send my gratefull thanks to her. I recommend this Hotel to any visitor to Stockholm

We arrived past midnight and were worried about gaining entry to the hotel as we knew the reception was not staffed at the weekend but as promised the telephone line to there sister hotel was answered straight away and the key was in safe deposit box just inside the door which they gave us the code to and we had no problems.

Our room was clean with crisp sheets on the beds and a well equiped kitchen. It was large and had eveything we could need.

Breakfast was basic just crisp breads and cheese & a choice of cereals and yogurt it would have been nice if there were so hot food available as it was very cold weather but nothing really to complain about.

We had a lovely weekend in Stockholm and would recommend going to see the VASA a ship that sunk in the 16c and was raised from the sea in the 50s.

This has to be one of the cheapest hotels I've ever stayed at, or at least the cheapest in an expensive country such as Sweden. It was only £25 a night for 4 nights and it included wi-fi, continental breakfast, a kitchen on top of all the basics. I was really impressed by the place I was expecting it to be a bit of a dump but it turned out to be clean, spacious and relaxing. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere but it's only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The train network is really efficient and will take you almost anywhere in Stockholm. The 5 day tickets are ridiculously cheap and can also be used on the buses. They don't clean the room while you're there which was fine for me as that's pretty much how I live at home. Also make sure you clean all the cuttlery before you leave as they'll fine you otherwise. Locally there are few restaurants but there are some shops. Again, just go into Stockholm for the main stuff. The breakfast was quite good considering the price and you can avoid the small, busy restaurant by taking it back to your room. Reception closes early but I can only see this being a problem if you're checking in late. As mentioned by others you can get a code for the front door should this happen to you. I'd definately stay here again and hopefully I will be in the near future.
