My mother and I stayed in this hotel for one night (7/22/07) as a part of a two-week long guided tour through France. We were a couple of the few lucky ones who got to stay in the actual chateau instead of in the orangerie nearby.
Our room (called the Turpin room, I think) was an average sized hotel room, but with huge vaulted ceilings and lovely large windows overlooking the chateau's entrance. Parts of the room were a little bit dirty (like inside one of the closets), but overall it was well kept.
The grounds of the hotel are also lovely and there is an outdoor swimming pool on the property. Overall we felt that it was an awesome experience to be able to spend a night inside a chateau in France!
PS - There is no air conditioning in any part of this hotel, however.
