I feel I have to write this review because I believe this is the first hotel I have stayed in that I cannot fault in any way:
· The magnificent view of the Zugspitz from our huge bedroom.
· Always helpful and pleasant staff
· Great food – b’fast, snack lunch and dinner
· Good value in summer
· Great mountain walks to suit all levels of fitness

Absolutely first rate hotel in every respect. This hotel has it all: a great location, excellent facilities, fantastic food and outstanding Austrian cleanliness and service. The location of this gorgeous hotel sits in the village of Lermoos over looking a green meadow (moos) with the Zugspitz and gorgeous Austrian Alps in the background. Absolutely gorgeous views. The clean, crisp mountain air will inspire you! We mtn biked and hiked in the area. The hotel has a great spa- with an indoor/outdoor pool-fantastic with views! The dinners as clearly 4-star meals. The breakfast buffet is the best we have ever seen-period-anywhere. The SERVICE/staff is the best aspect of this hotel- with female and male staff dressed in dirndls and suites. They make feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay memorable. Highest recommendation!

Went for a 4day skitrip to Lermoos. We were really surprised with this hotel.
We stayed in a room opposite the hotel, but even this was amazing. A livingroom, 1bedroom and bathroom with floorheating. Best Spa/sauna facilities. The meals, it's difficult to describe. The best way is imagine the best and that what you get. Breakfast with everything you can imagine, Lunch, cake and coffee in the afternoon and a 6 course dinner. Amazing views, i better stop now or you wont believe me:-). Going back this year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Food was excellant,staff friendly and rooms great. We stayed in the schloss so the value was very good
